The Tower of Stars is a huge monument built on the cliffs surrounding the Oculus of the Elven. By all means, it should be visible to the naked eye, a gleaming landmark in the setting sun. And yet, seldom ever find the Tower with its eternal storm and crashing waves.

In a rare occurrence of two Deities of the same element surviving, Sage and Niouas are possibly the only two who actually get along with each other. While Sage stays inside the Tower and tends to the confused newcomers, Niouas is tasked with bending the sunrays so the Tower stays invisible.

Only those chosen by Niouas- the outcasts and loners from clans across the world- can ever begin their journey to find the Tower. Niouas offers these dragons a second chance at finding a family. Only a very select few from this already small group ever step foot inside the pristine walls.
