«Dawn» is just a self-proclamed name, but it came so famous in the Ancient Empire that almost nobody remembers which was his previous and original name. His brilliant skills for diplomacy have saved the Empire from going to war several times, making new allies instead. His current name came after a very long negociation that took endless days; days when the Ancient Empire was on the edge of a war, the tension was unbearable and everyone spoke about “dark days to come”. When the Council managed to reach an agreement avoiding war, the citizens spread the rumour that it felt like a whole new day, when the sun finally comes fighting the darkness.

As the biggest power in the Council, he always has the final decision in case his partners struggle to put an end in a new law or decision in matters of War. As every Council member, he works very closely with the House of War. He takes in consideration future premonitions that come from House of Dreams, or at least it's what he says. In his free time he studies some Aerotheurge skill books.

He got his actual position in the Council thanks to his good studies and decisions creating new laws. He is very well-mannered and he always congratulates everyone with a tender or soft smile. He loves to listen others. He's respected by almost everyone in the whole Empire.

Almost.

Someone close to him believes that deep in his heart he doesn't follow the law: he follows his own law, making him to feel moral superior to others. This leads to his hidden intolerance: he doesn't approve nor like others when they don't follow the same moral values as him. To this “someone”, he acts with a haughty demeanour, pretending he's a God himself... when he's tainted by the darkness to the core.
