Whirlwind is passionate and a free-spirit, but she is hot-headed and has a short-temper.

Whirlwind has a deep interest in battle and gaining strength. She is overly confident in her abilities a lot of the time. She still respects the skills of her mother Quarry and her father Wyome. She looks up to them a lot. But when it comes to other elders, however, she does not hold that same veneration. She will argue with whoever she pleases if she thinks she's in the right. She and her sibling Zephyrine have a somewhat shaky relationship. She's protective of her sibling and cares about them, but she also feels like their parents played favorites pretty heavily, and not in her favor. Also important to her is Sockeye, her closest childhood friend.
