At first glance, Juno is a regal and charismatic dragon with a penchant for flair. She may not be the flashiest in appearance, but her demeanor is more than enough to compensate. Juno loves nothing more than a good show, whether it's an actual form of entertainment or something only she sees. Her confidence is so potent that it is almost palpable in any situation she encounters. She also has a way of making others feel important while keeping them in awe of her at the same time, often offering flattering compliments liberally.

But once she feels more secure in a dragon's devotion, her interaction will take on a nastier side. Just like the roses she cherishes, Juno is full of thorns. Playing games with others is a favored pastime of hers, and can often go into the extremes. And if there's something to gain from that? Well, even better.

This gave her a reputation for being dishonest back when she was queen, and the same applies to her now. Juno hates rules more than anything else, unless she is the one who made them. But like any bad royalty, she constantly disregards laws of all sorts on the grounds that she's too important to be bossed around by "lesser beings".

Even moral rules aren't safe from her demolition derby. Juno has no shame whatsoever, and lacks mercy to boot. She is a hopeless flirt that can become deadly when rejected.
