Personality

Bliklotep, more commonly known as Blinky, is a being who can see anything and everything. He has eyes everywhere, watching everyone’s movements and actions. He knows what makes them tick, and uses it to his advantage.
Much like his brother Wiggly, Blinky acts with a very child-like demeanor. However, instead of simply being a ruse, Blinky is just more immature. He acts like a toddler, treating everyone’s love as a mere show for his entertainment. His favorite shows are ones that include violence and tearing people apart, both literally and metaphorically.

History
Blinky and his siblings are eldritch gods who reside in the Black and White. Blinky himself is also known as The Watcher with a Thousand Eyes. He seems to have no interest in taking over the Hatchet Clan and mortal realm for himself. Instead, he is content with simply watching its residents go about their lives, like it was a show made just for him.
He made an amusement park at the edge of the Hatchet Clan’s territory, with a more appealing looking version of him as its mascot. While the park seems fun on the surface, going there seems to tear people apart emotionally, and sometimes even physically. Groups who go together seem to find any minor inconvenience as a reason to fight, no matter how well they usually get along. This usually leads to physical fights, much to Blinky’s amusement.

Trivia

He is a reference to Blinky from Team Starkid’s Hatchetfield series.
He has several forms he can take. His true form is a cyclops-like monstrosity. A mortal dragon’s mind would melt upon seeing him. His dragon form merely exists to be easier on the eyes. He could also appear as a plushie, a more marketable and easier to stomach version of his real form.
