Personality

Pokotho, more commonly known as Pokey, absolutely hates any voice or will that is not his own. It is his goal to unify the world into one singular hivemind. He will go to any means necessary to make this a reality.
He somehow seems like the most mature of his brothers and just as immature as them at the same time. Plans he comes up with seem to work out the most when compared to those his brothers make, but when they don’t quite work, he also has a low temperament.

History
Pokey and his brothers are a group of eldritch gods known as the Lords in Black, who reside in the Black and White. Pokey himself is known as the Singular Voice. It is his one goal to unite the mortal realm under one hivemind, as he absolutely hates the sounds of their voices and minds.
He does this through taking over their minds and controlling them himself, although the way he goes about this varies. There was one timeline where me created an infection that turned a victim into a zombie, which spread itself through slime and spores. In another, he simply made a physical form for himself, using his own psychic power to take over a dragon’s mind.
He isn’t satisfied with simply taking over one timeline. He needs them all to be silenced, aside from his own voice. The silence and singularity of it all is his muse.

Trivia

He is a reference to Pokey from Team Starkid’s Hatchetfield series.
He has several forms he can take. His true form is a bipedal masked monstrosity, who leaks glowing blue goo through the cracks in his stone-like mask. A mortal dragon’s mind would melt upon seeing him. His dragon form merely exists to be easier on the eyes. He could also appear as a plushie, a more marketable and easier to stomach version of his real form.
