Hambre ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Hunger is disgusting desire, to feast upon the crude and raw with abandon is unfathomable to Them, yet they partake on that accursed ritual. Every. Detestable. Day. This body is rude and whatever strings hold these tasteless impulses forward, They haven't found a way to snip down. The crunching sounds of dried bone under their shared limbs wake them from their iddling thoughts, their vessel has found another prey for the day in the form of a four-legged beast, the thoughts it pushes are oddly begging and the visualization of humble, imploring claws makes them wary. It never asks, it just pounces and eats and writhes at the words of admonishment that come from their side, their boiling Godblood a more physical punishment to endure for breaking their treaty. They decline their request and pull part of it's weight away from its target. It groans like broken machinery against the pull, it can fight them easily on that aspect but the menace of burning pain deters the notion and so it complies. Its planned prey runs, unaware of said happenings. Days have gone without incidents. They revel in the calm for as long as possible but know it must pass. The vessel hungers and desires and it would be hypocritical on their part to cross their own compromise. As their legs push and speed increases, the gaping mouth and claws of a crazed half-dead remain the last thing of some traveller see before nothing remains. They can't risk half-eaten, unrotten corpses to be seen on their trail, lest they wish to confront vengeful comeuppance. They close their visions to the mauling before them, the tell tale drifting caress of a broken soul graces their mental side. They blindly guide the spiritual remains to what he knows to be this realm's resting grounds and let's go of the recently departed to find it's own way. They wish to accompany this soul and many more, to fulfill the duty that bounds them to their domain, but it's a compromise. The feisty yanking from their vessel's side breaks their musing once again and so both proceed. |
