Imperials were regal, elegant, and infamous perfectionists by all accounts. However, much like his hatchmate, Lucio was nowhere near any sort of 'traditional' imperial standards.

He was brash, a little too relaxed for any imperial's liking, and so carefree that even Nero wondered if he was really an imperial, not just some bizarre amalgamation of a few breeds mixed in a batch. Lucio was bright, happy, friendly moreso than any other coatl in the clan. He is so funny (or so he thinks), and he's as charming as any other suave dandy miser in the area.

Despite the overly-friendly, overly-charismatic, and overly-out there personality, there is one dragon that seems to break through all of the positive energies radiating out of him.

Lucio will not admit to anyone (but Nevine, perhaps), that he's absolutely head over heels to the oblivious Noz. Perhaps, there is a day that he'll get on his knees to properly confess to the coatl, but for now,- he's happy just to make the guy laugh.
"Noz, it's okay, I'm not going anywhere."
