Biography
Salus is mute. She can hum, but no spoken word has emerged from her mouth. When she laughs, huffing wheezes are all that emerge. Miles is steadfast and caring to her, and she hopes someday she could be able to return his loving words back to him.
Her wings are small, not that she goes flying much anymore. She prefers to help Ratchet with healing duties, snacking occasionally to help bring her weight up(doctor's orders).
Her limbs are branded from a time of torture, shackles carved from her own pearl. They are as precious to her now that she is free, as her pearl. She refuses to have them taken off.
She helped to treat Miles after his horrific injuries defending their leaders. She was so sure he would die, and refused to leave his side until he opened his eyes.
Salus has taken the role of a healing mage in battles that require more than just strength to win. She has had to adapt to casting spells without the spoken word.
