Biography
[CURRENT WIP ~ Rusher Clan Lore]
Known for his colorful array of scarves, Isaac has always been easy to pick out in the crowd. He’s one of the oldest dragons around, somebody who’s been there since the inception of the Gale Rain Clan. Records and tomes stack high in his den. Few know the extent of what they cover, but they agreed they dated back to the beginning, contents covering every dragon, every building, every historical moment. Every clan member has interacted somehow with Isaac and he keeps an overview of them all, a register of their lineage, origins, relationships.
Isaac is particularly meticulous about his record keeping and takes it very seriously. Anybody caught rough housing in the vicinity of his den is swiftly dealt to. He takes no chances when it comes to potential disturbances to his work. His den is kept to the highest standard of cleanliness. Dust could deteriorate his tomes, water would make the pages weak and ink run, and Windsinger forbids his records be knocked over or placed out of order. A maze of paths weaves through shelves of records. Tablets, scrolls, books leather bound, wood carved, runic, draconic, onwards endlessly.
While he will not allow anybody inside his den, Isaac’s still open to sharing what he knows. Despite his rigid stance on his den’s environment and unshakable opinion on violent actions, he’s a warm and well liked character. He’d happily engage in conversation with passing dragons. Maybe it was the record keeper in him, but he loves getting to know people to their fullest, for the good and the bad without judgment. It makes him easy to talk to and fun to engage with. A peaceful wildclaw everybody loves. He has no plans on leaving anytime soon, Isaac will stay as long as he can, collecting the clan’s history.
