Glimmer originally only joined the clan because she had followed Polpii here and admired him so much but soon she found it to be a place where she felt safe and relaxed. She was very young when she first joined and Polpii helped train her to become his teaching assistant. As she grew so did her feelings for him and they eventually became life-mates and had children together.
Glimmer and Polpii are total opposites, Glimmer being a light-hearted, forgetful young thing who can't sit still for five minutes. Becoming a parent helped her mature a little and is now a full-time teacher alongside her mate, helping her daughter learn how to teach at the same time.
