The deepest part of the forest is perhaps where Bismuth least expected to find their Charge.

She was an ambitious and determined dragon, undertaking their Search from a very young age, but indeed it was a long, long Search. (One can only go so long without a place to rest one's wings.) Roosting with a rescue, she wondered if perhaps the Charge she was looking for would be found here. Many dragons came in and out, after all, and logically it made sense as a place to look.

But as time passed, there was no more tug in their heart to point them in the right direction. Nursing bitterness and wondering where they'd gone wrong, they couldn't help but feel that they'd mixed something up along the way. Maybe it was best to return home, to Shadow lands, where she could feel her roots and connect with the home that had tied her to her mysterious Charge in the first place. She hoped that connection was still there when she arrived.

They weren't sure why they ventured into the forest immediately upon arriving. Something seemed to guide her claws deeper, and deeper, and before she could think that this was an awfully terrible dangerous idea -

There they were, trapped in the brambles. The dragon that made their thoughts still - looking up at them, miffed at being found in such a position, very clearly tangled.

She thinks only that she should've known home is where the heart is, after all.

Some extra lore points

-Her charge is Phoenix

-Is constantly keeping Phoenix out of trouble

-Phoenix likes to lay on her back and just ride around.

-Also sometimes just has snakes that Phoenix found on or around her. (AKA, she is snake apparel storage until we get more slots to add them to our sona or other dragons who need them)

-sister of Grendel
