Isceroth makes me think of a power hungry leader, someone who wants nothing more than to be in control of an army. Too bad he doesn't have an army, or really a reason for having one. He doesn't really have a vendetta against anyone, nor does he really want to go slaughter people, he just wants an army to command and people to do things for him. He's a bit incompetent, not the best leader by far, but in his mind he's the best thing since sliced bread. He's obnoxious and pushy. No one really likes him so he has no real friends, but he's not lonely, he considers himself all that he needs. Other people are just tools or an means to an end.
