Biography

Scene: Quaint Parlor
  • He's been deaf from birth
  • One of the tidiest dragons you'll ever see
  • When he's not working, he studies history as a hobby
  • If you let him, he will happily ramble on about kingoms and wars and whatnot from long ago
  • He uses a sign language instead of speaking
  • When he was originally hired to be the butler, he had little to no way of communicating with everyone else inside House Revyn. With the help of Orion, almost everyone knows sign language (with the exception of Fe, who is still learning, and Irelia, who recently just came here)
  • There are a few sign languages across Sonreith. The one that Moyashi knows is used in the Ashfall Waste, the Windswept Plateau, and in parts of the Shifting Expanse.
  • He was the only one in his birth family who was deaf, and as a result, was left out of activities and conversations all the time, since his birth family couldn't sign.
  • He was later adopted by a lesbian couple who wanted a kid. His adopted parents helped him learn sign language and raised him. He has a lot of fond memories from his time with them.
  • Enjoys Irelia's company, even if he finds it hard to communicate with her. Wants to teach her how to sign, but not sure how to approach that. He's not a very good teacher, and he's not able to get Rohan's help, since her claws are full with teaching Fe.
  • He grew up close to the Moonportal. As a result, he works at House Revyn, because it's close enough to the Sunportal so he could visit his adoptive parents 1-3 times a year.
  • Loves coffee. Not a big fan of tea. As a result, he oftentimes gets in disagreements with Corela over which is better. However, these disagreements are friendly, and doesn't sour his opinion of her.
  • He was born in the Flinkrock Fumaroles, and spent the first part of his childhood there with his birth family.
