Magma

So he's this blind blacksmith working on armor and stuff in his spare time. He didn't loose his eyes from metalworking, no, he got hit by the burning end of a flaming stick while playing with his siblings. Hasn't been able to see much at all ever since.

Pretty sour and bad-tempered, tends to hiss and snap as a default response to anything, really, but mostly just grumbles afterwards if you apologize startling him.


(Am considering making him as a failed Hivemind dragon who sort of "remembers" his past after a capture gone wrong got him tossed into lava. Which would also be the revised reason he's blind.)

He eventually 'raises' Taptalion when the kid is surprise-dumped on his doorstep, but was very bad-tempered about it. When Tap runs away, he doesn't bother to chase after that kid.
