Membrane's Mate
Membranes Prize Experiment Mate.
She spends most of her days in the Lab with her Husband, Only Visiting The Village
When shopping or going to spend time with her best friend Charlatan .
Some think she is unhappy but that is far from the truth, before she met Membrane
she was a broken, Half dead and felt like she was doomed to fade away in the hot wastelands.
Membrane found her along a rarely traveled path and He took her in spending Hours, Days, Weeks and months making sure she was better than ever and even if that meant she was not %100 dragon anymore, She could never forget the kindness of a dragon who seemed to lack Morality.
Notable physical traits
- Her body Changes Color from time to time
(Sometimes when she has a good sneeze)
- Her left eye will twitch uncontrollably for over an hour sometimes.
- No visible Pupils after an eye changing experiment
- Bits of Metal pieces can be found on her
body from where "Repairs" were made
- Her face almost never shows Worry Or Anger
, even if its what she is feeling or acting out.
Update 3/17/22
Another Experiment By Membrane has caused Kitalpha to go invisible..
The professer is currently working on a way to make her visible again but until then
he had a mask made for her to wear so she feels more "seen".
She was gifted some lovely tail wrappings by Trixie so that her tail
would no longer get stepped on while she is in this invisible state she
has found her self still in.. for over 3 weeks.
She has actually grown to accept her current condition, thought she misses her ever
changing patterns and colors.. She figured its best to just work with what she has
at the moment. (She just really wishes The hatchlings would stop calling her "Casper")
Update 4/12/22
Membrane was successful in getting her to become visible again, though maybe he should
not of used insect Dna in the experiment because now she has grown an exoskeleton, wings and antenna. Her sense of hearing and sight has seemed to also be enhanced do to this and she has very mixed feelings about it... On one hand she can see the finest of fine print.. but she can also hear an ant fart.. so she has a hard time concentrating and sleeping.. Membrane has given her noises canceling headphones and a good pair of ear plugs for the time being.
Membrane Seems to think that the secret to getting rid of her "Buggy Body Parts" Is adding Fish Oils..
But He has to find a way to either inject it or hide the flavor since Kitalpha is not the biggest
fan of Seafood, especially fish.
Update 5/13/22
After a few weeks Membrane came up with a new procedure to reverse the Insect outcome of his last experiment. Kitalpha sat in a room surrounded by lights, shes sat in this very spot many times and every time she thinks the same thing " I wonder what will happen this time". Although Membrane says that none of his experiments fail, she knows that they also have not been a success when it came to the ones that involved her. Was Membrane "failing" on purpose so he can continue to do these experiments or was he actually trying? None of the procedures hurt or caused any mental stress but Sometimes she found herself kinda wishing she could just stay the same for longer than a month.
But then again, she also enjoyed all the new experience s she has as she changes and sometimes even gets to keep a little of the changed dna and she finds her self "upgraded" as she puts it.
For instance after the "Ice" change she finds that she can breath cold enough air to chill her drinks and cool down hot soups... So its not all bad.
She looks down at a small blue and white **** in her claw, "the cure" that Membrane has made and that Kitalpha is surprised to find in **** form and not a shot or drink. She gulps down the **** with a swig on water and lays back, waiting for change.
And To her surprise just a few moments later she felt different .. normal.
Before she could open her eyes she heard Membrane's voice Explain
" AHA! I TOLD YOU I KNEW WHAT I AM DOING!! "
She opened her eyes and sat up, jumping off the table and straight to a mirror.
She turned around a few times and was in shock, she was back to normal!
"Wow! You did it! I- I'm normal"
Her voice went from excitement to slight disappointment.
She may be having regrets ...
