She wasn't one to care for others, wasn't one to associate with them either. All Rayvani truly wanted was to be left alone by the very world around her. All she wanted was to be left alone to breathe, to think, to merely exist as she contemplated what it was life truly was. Something which was so frail, so fragile, so breakable yet beautiful and resilient at the same time.

When she wasn't dealing with those who were hunting her, she was contemplating all she could about the little things in her life. She would contemplate her upbringing, her mother, her family line and what it was she could possibly be now that her blood had been corrupted by a wolf in the dark.

One question which constantly plagued her mind was why her father was slaughtered by her mother's own hands. It was a question which was enough to drive her mad. Perhaps, it was because she had been bitten by a Barghest in enemy lands. It was something her mother always blamed him for, but not something which her mother seemed to mind. Perhaps, her mother had pictured something more for Rayvani before this had happened.

Other topics to think about; the meaning of life, the purpose of their existence, the secrets of the universe and the ambiguity of morality. Rayvani really liked the last one. After all, good and bad truly didn't exist. People always liked to fancy it a thing, always liked to think that there had to be a side, that someone had to be one or the other. But she knew that they were wrong. After all, one person's good was another person's evil, and that made morality malleable. Good and bad weren't fact, but fiction. They weren't true but a blurred perception on reality which the people around them invented to tell them what was right or wrong. Rayvani knew that that made morality a warped perception. Just like their world, just like their universe, morality wasn't real. It could be changed, it could be altered and it couldn't be accurately classified. Not with all the different perspectives on what it was. That's what made it so fascinating to study, because the answers always changed and there could never be a true answer. Any apparent "category" or "answer" was just something they told themselves to make themselves comfortable, to classify the choices, thoughts and actions of those around them as right or wrong.

Some would say she was complicated for believing this, maybe even crazy, but when had she ever cared. That wasn't a question, she didn't. care.

Whether she was classified as good or bad by those around her, Rayvani would always do what she believed was right. It was her morals after all, her opinions and her beliefs. After all, she was only ever on her own side.

"My side? I'm on my own side... But I suppose those Rifters are fine."

During her travels Rayvani eventually came across an individual who shared views like her own. One who believed the same as her about morality, but still chose to classify herself in their confines. Oh well, they all had their weaknesses, and this family member of her's was enlightening enough to live around.

Rayvani eventually chose to settle in a mist covered bogland near Allison's Kingdom, welcomed as not only a family member, but a welcomed defender of the territory's outskirts. After all, a big black wolf with bloodshot red eyes would scare anyone away... Right? Either way, any intruder on The Kingdom's lands had better watch out for the streak of black in the heavy mist.

In return, Rayvani got to have enlightening conversations with The Rifters who shared her hobby. Mostly members of Team Insurgence-Allison herself included-and members of The Intelligence who helped her to answer questions about her life, about her thoughts and about existence itself.

Did Rayvani care about them or was she only after the answers to her own questions? They didn't know, but either way, Rayvani would fight for them. That, some supposed, was all that truly mattered.
