The Wildclaw looked up at the Imperial, her pale creator, and just shook her head. She didn't know what to say, it seemed. After all, how could she explain to him that someone had marred the beauty he had created? Was it even truly their fault? She was the one who had fallen for such a simple prank, after all. WiP

TL;DR is twin chunks came off Noya from a prank gone wrong with a student, and this one immediately took on a life of his own when the first star came out at night. Chaos ensued as he protected his "twin" star. Zerah is just trying to figure out how this not only happened, but also how the drake is also somehow tied to him, and even larger than him. He's also a little annoyed that the one who came to life first is so protective of his "twin brother" when Zerah swears it's just a chunk of rock.
