» He likes manipulating the smoke that emits from his mouth to mess with others, though he'll accidentaly end up giving them hallucinations

He seems like the type who would be so self-confident and arrogant that he may act as though his powers are a hindrance. Kind of like a sarcastic "oh nooo, I'm so powerful, how unfortunate" kind of thing. Plus I get the feeling that he uses the threat of his powers more than he actually uses them.
