In the blink of an eye, the twirling scalpel in the doctor's hand swipes towards you and pulls away bloody. An overwhelming spark of pain overtakes your senses as your hands shake, reaching up to touch the warmth of liquid cascading down onto your chest from your throat.

"I assure you, this isn't personal," the imperial rumbles as you collapse to the floor, unable to do more than gurgle out a pitiful noise from the shock of it. The dagger-sharp glint of fangs from the dragon's sinister grin are the last thing you see before unconsciousness swiftly takes you.

"You'll make a lovely, interesting specimen for my research."
