"Delphinium, come here, I have an idea!" "Just a sec, Sakura, this experiment is almost done...". Sakura tapped her claws impatiently. Ever since that Baldwin bloke moved into the trading post, Delph has been spending more and more time in his lab. No matter, she could pull this one off herself, she just knew it! Chuckling quietly, she gathered her supplies and waited... BOOM!!! The blast echoed through the cave walls. "SAKURA!!!!!" As Sakura looked up, she saw Korsha barreling towards her, dripping in what looked like a rainbow of Baldwin's goos and mucks. "Yes, Korsha?" Sakura answered, as meek as she could muster, trying desperately not to giggle at the sight before her. "You did this, I know. All this awful goop that you and Delph have been working with in the lab is now all over me! Now its going to take me twice as long to clean my armor!" "I don't know what you are talking about. You don't look any different to me." Korsha looked down in disbelief, then walked out in a huff, knocking Sakura's fossil collection aside in her hurry out. No matter, though, it was worth it. Sakura laughed openly as she ran down to the lab, ready to tell Delph all about Korsha's goopy face.

One of the oldest members of Clan Dread, Sakura is one of the three original founders for the clan. She came upon Korsha and Yahelor as she left her original clan, and decided to help them carve out a new spot on the Shattered Plain. Though the oldest. Sakura can be a bit of a clown, and tends to be a bit neglectful when if comes to responsibilities for the clan, but her heart is always in the right place, and she will fight tooth and nail to protect all clanmates and hatchlings from invaders. Sakura enjoys teasing Korsha about her strict rules and dedicated attention to everything from food supplies to armor maintenance. It doesn't help that Delphinium, her current mate, loves practical jokes, and the two of them tend to get into hijinks while Korsha is away. And sometimes even when she is home. But Sakura remains one of the first members, and a well respected member of the clan, even if many remain wary in her presence, else the practical joke befall on them.  Sketch by starclutter |
