About
Fractal Village's resident event manager. One may underestimate her planning abilities because of her lazy, pampered lifestyle, but that's their mistake. Something of a perfectionist when it comes to her duties, Myste is always sure to get every single detail right when she's on the job. But... only when she's on the job. Myste's talent for event planning didn't make itself known right away. Rather, she spent many years just whiling away her days in the village before she started getting a little bored. After trying (and immediately quitting) many different jobs, she wondered if she was actually meant for anything except sitting there and looking pretty. Around that time, Fractal Village was set to host a grand celebration for that year's Crystalline Gala. It was to be a big event—every dragon from the nearby mountains was supposed to attend. But right in the middle of preparations, the event planner suddenly disappeared, ditching the village and her responsibilities to run off with some lover or another. The entire village descended into chaos, and legend has it that Lady Myze herself almost razed it to the ground out of pure stress. When Myste exited her daily bath and saw everyone panicking, she was confused. She had no idea planning a simple party could be so difficult. After voicing such thoughts to her cousin, she was met with a "THEN WHY DON'T YOU HELP US, YOU USELESS BRAT?" and subsequently rose to the challenge out of sheer indignance. It was then that Myste shocked everyone with her abilities. Within mere days, the festival preparations went from complete disarray to astounding perfection. The entire village was decorated, ample food was prepared, and all the entertainment was organized. To this day, no one knows how she did it, only that they can trust her all with the planning for any future events (but little else). About With her 12-step scale care routine and daily two-hour-minimum baths, Myste is a big fan of self care. She spoils herself more than any other dragon; just one look at her bright, beautiful image will show you how well it pays off. In addition to that, Myste also appreciates the finer things in life. She loves colorful jewelry, fancy perfume, and only the most luxurious accessories and clothes on the market. Nobody knows where she gets the money to buy all of the stuff she has in her hoard, though, since her job only pays so much. When she's not taking care of herself or the events around Fractal Village, Myste is either sleeping or painting—she wants to be able to fully capture the beauty of the mountains by her home someday, but she'll be the first to tell you it's a slow process. She's also fond of going out for tea and snacks with her cousin, Opal. If you want to know all the hot village gossip, listening in on their conversations is the best way to go about it. Every so often, she will receive a care package from the Frozen Athenium. Whenever she does, others always remark on how wonderful she smells for at least a week after. |
