A fodder trainer and warrior who served the Enforcer pretty much from the moment they moved their clan to Light territory. Despite her bright appearance, she's remarkably good at stealth and was known as the "Scourge of the Rainsong Jungle" back in the day - the alternation of bright and dark on her body is great for blending into tree canopies. She still remains devoutly loyal to the Enforcer and is understandably miffed that she got moved to security detail in the Hewn Suburbs, likely because of that one damned Imperial who somehow managed to infiltrate the Enforcer's sanctum. She mostly blames her relocation on the Enforcer not wanting to pay for food other than plants and seafood and on them replacing her with the much less stylish magical trio and venue trainers. Sure, Mire Flyer Sanya may be more "effective" than her, but where's the panache?

The inhabitants of the Hewn Suburbs, for the most part, do not appreciate her presence. Even among those who don't have strong feelings about the Enforcer, a twitchy, tiny battle dragon with spiraly eyes threatening to stab anyone who looks at her funny and ranting about her achievements to whoever asks (and also people who don't) is usually not a welcome presence. She also claims that because she personally served the Enforcer for years, she doesn't need to pay taxes, participate in community efforts, or generally not be a jerk.

After about a year on security detail in the Hewn Suburbs, the rest of the battle team pulled her out and offered her a renewed job with them as a Harpy's Rooster. While it isn't nearly as prestigious as her previous position as part of the original team of fodder trainers, Britney was more than happy to accept it, because if she had to listen to ONE MORE stupid edgy poem, she was going to start stabbing folks. Like, non-professionally. According to how the other venue trainers sold it to her, the Enforcer had realized her potential (after they'd already licensed a different trained Wind dragon because they'd forgotten Britney existed). In actuality, they'd received enough complaints about her conduct from the suburbanites that they decided it was better for them to put up with her instead, and that maybe she'd be less problematic if she focused her energy on beating up birds.
