Ao

One day, while he was making his rounds around the forest, to check on the sick and injured, he came across a suspicious looking rabbit. The rabbit appeared sick and he didn't have it in him to just abandon it. He took it back to his den with him and attempted to heal it. The rabbit bit him, and died. After it died, the rabbit dissolved into nothingness and Ao fainted. When he finally came to the forest he called his home was dead. Everything was dead. After wandering around for what felt like hours, he found a single living plant. The plant had a broken branch hanging off of it. 'I know what to do' Ao thought and carefully grabbed the hanging limb. Almost as soon as he grabbed it, the whole plant withered and turned to ash on the breeze. Confusion overtook him and Ao fled. As he flew over the small sea that separated Viridian Labyrinths with the rest of the continents, he looked down and saw his eyes were not the same shade of green he remembered.
