Gifted with an exceedingly sweet and tender nature, Raja is full of daydreams, spending most of her time with her head in the clouds. An escapist, she thinks of nothing but what is most pleasant, and prefers the fantasies she constructs to pondering reality. While incredibly aloof, she does not always avoid negative emotions. Her light magic, combined with her imaginative nature, has driven her to focus on the nature of dreams, interpreting and changing them. Her daydreams are more tangible than those of other dragons, making it easier for her to get lost.

Sleeping near her will quell the nightmares and terrors of dragons so afflicted, and she brings a sense of calm to any who find themselves by her side. While not by any means a therapist as Madhuri is, her nature is relief for any aching heart or soul who wishes to sleep a night in peace. She has a limited ability to discern fortunes, and when she quiets her own calming aura, can interpret the dreams of others, positive or negative. However, she prefers not to do this as the information revealed can be unpleasant, which as a result prevents her ability in these areas from growing.

Raja and Ailbhe have a shared interest in pretty clothing and trinkets. Raja's influence also calms Ailbhe from his focus on petty annoyances, which makes him enjoy her presence more, although he doesn't realize it. She is close to Madhuri, and enjoys discussions on altruism. She is also close to Vanilla, having been mates in the past and having dens close to one another, though they have grown apart over time.
