  • Born with the name Kaen (flame), but goes by the name Hibana (fire flower) as a stage name
  • Works full time as a tachikata geisha, which is a geisha versed in all the traditional skills (singing, dancing, playing instruments, current events/conversation, games, tea ceremony, etc), but he specializes in dance
  • He claims to love drinking tea, but he really just wants to eat the sweets served with it. He'll always offer to serve his guests tea upon arrival in hope that they'll say yes and he'll get to bring out the wagashi.
  • He is very aware of appearances, particularly his own; not necessarily as a pursuit of vanity, but rather as appearance being the primary influence on one's perception of another
