Noster is the forgemaster of the only foundry in the entirety of the plagued lands. It was the most ambitious project a plague dragon had ever set forth to construct in a long time, and had close involvement with many dragons of the fire flight. It and the city that spawned around it was a striking industrialization of the infected landscape, stirring much controversy. He is incredibly young for his achievements.

He is the son of the head of guard in the Citadel, Daylily, and the founder of the Citadel, Meophio. Being part of such a successful family, he is well known and enjoys a great many privileges. He is an infamously tumultuous individual, having a hot temper and a foul attitude. He has very few relationships outside of his fathers for this reason, only people with similar bull-headed determination and stubbornness sticking around him, the only ones able to see into his soul and find the gold within.
