Leaving the Hatchery with the coatl twins, Gilda and Mallow, had been a blast. They were all firm friends since hatching, and now they were all forging a new life together. Lily was getting to make more friends all the time, she was finding a new and growing clan to be a great place. There was never a dull moment, everyone was in it together - helping and figuring things out. It really formed bonds and made them a clan.

Lily tried her best to be everywhere at once: wanting to check on the eggs, playing with the hatchlings, helping to forage, building and decorating anything she could. Her new clan mates chuckled and told her to slow down but she was just too full of energy. She thought she might as well make use of it and, well, there was always their growing hibernal den if she crashed. She might have to when her first children hatched if they were anything like her.

I love when people find ways to make Thylacine work, and, damn, it really works here. The way the yellow-ish part of Piebald show up underneath it gives her a stunning look. Almost like a tabby cat, in some parts. Really sweet.
