Kissel is an unconventional witch, he works his magic through sweets. She keeps bees and seems a bit too in tune with them, harvesting their honey to make confectionaries. They carry themselves with an sickly-sweet disposition, inviting any traveler into their cottage on the outskirts of the Mire. it’s an odd place, surrounded by well-tended gardens of plants not native to the area. Despite her creepy vibes, they’re actually pretty well intentioned. He’s not afraid to ask the local apothecary to lace his sweets with poison, though.
