Valentina

((Clan Role: Magic Apprentice/ Gatherer/ Scavenger))

Although Valentina seems to be a very sweet and delightful lady, she is also mysteriously drawn to magic and prophesy. She claims to be able to see dragons and spirits and animals that are not really there, and she also tells about dreams she has that sometimes come true. Not since Banana came to the clan has a dragon shown some supernatural ability and sensitivity to magic. Though Empress seems to agree with nurturing Valentina's abilities, Ceasar is much less certain.

Valentina herself seems to show a love for feathers, scales and making things with rocks, shells, twigs and anything around her. She is very creative, and she loves nothing more than to make things and mimic by crating a copy of something else, like a puppet or doll of a dragon. It's a little odd though what she does with those dolls once she creates them. Usually she's found talking to them as if they were alive, places them wrapped in cloths, and covers them in flowers.
Even more oddly enough, some of the dragons in the clan, who have copy-dolls made of them by Valentina, have reported feeling ticklish brushes on their heads, and sometimes are made warm and unable to move...

Hazel picked up on Valentina's potential soon after she was grown and offered to teach her in the ways of magic. Of course, Valentina being curious what more she could do with her abilities, accepted. Now a witch's apprentice, Valentina brews all sorts of potions and practices spells Hazel teaches her. Her favorite spells are transformative ones. It seems Ceasar may have been right in his aversion to Valentina's crafts, because she tends to cast a wicked quality in her shadow.

Valentina likes interacting with others and when she is alone, she interacts with her doll-making, even adding dragon look-alike dolls to her collection. She is relatively warm and friendly, and it's difficult to anger her. However, there is one thing that would infuriate her into an uncharacteristic rage. Valentina has a great love for her family, for her father Ceasar and her older brother Macchiato in particular. A firey temper in such a sweet lady is most unexpected, but Valentina is not above taking an eye for an eye and tooth for tooth if she learned of anyone picking on her family or exploiting them in any way. She does not tolerate any mistreatment, and such an offence would render the instigator in a very regretful state of being. She will not simply use her magic to punish. Her claws can get wild and fly just as sharply as her tongue might.

(She really does not like Crossbones, and has a bit of a grudge against him for breaking her older sister Paprika's heart...)
