Ioke is a loner. A hunter. She speaks in low, measured growls and considers herself to be the most powerful creature there is. Relentless in her hunt, she routinely prowls the Kelp Beds for loot and meats. She tends to be dramatic in her posture, often trying to project an imposing air towards whoever she's talking to.
She enjoys feeling strong, she enjoys being strong.

Some low-level dragons—more like poor imitations of what a dragon ought to be, really—tend to follow her on her hunts, taking notes or something... she doesn't really pay them any mind... unless they get in her way.
