Biography
Quote:
A small Tundra male watches the gardens, nodding as he observes the activity of the garden dwellers.
WINDCHIME
NUTRITIONIST HE/HIM, PANSEXUAL Who would know more about plants and plant life than a Tundra who loves them? It's Windchime's job to sit among the flora of the garden alcove and observe the comings and goings of the garden-dwellers and document the states of the plants. Oddly, for a Tundra, Windchime has an excellent memory. Perhaps because he came from a science-oriented Spiral father, but regardless, Windchime is one of the most mentally "with it" Tundras in the lair. But that excellent memory came at the cost of illiteracy. Windchime can neither read or write, so he relies purely on memory and word of mouth to log his findings. Windchime's original intention was to stay in his home Nature clan for his whole life. However, as Windchime grew older, he began to realize he contributed nothing to the clan he lived in. So, seeking a greater purpose, Windchime left home to pursue a new clan. It was while visiting a small inn and tavern on the border between the Scarred Wasteland and Windswept Plateau that Windchime found himself being entertained by a punny Clownpants dragon named Bryne. After getting such a good laugh at his show, Windchime met up with Bryne before he left for home, learning of The Clan of the Wounded where the Clownpants was living. So, Windchime returned home alongside Bryne and outlined his various fields of expertise to Stella and Marshal, who together assisted him in finding the best job for him to fulfill and earn his place in the clan. This turned into monitoring the crops of the garden and giving reports on the nutritional value of the food harvested, thanks to his extensive knowledge of plants from his Nature roots. |
Like many young male Tundras, Windchime is very laid back, though that can often be mistaken as laziness. In reality, Windchime isn't particularly lazy, he's just so laid back and sure of his own methods, it often seems like he doesn't try very hard. Surprisingly, Windchime actually loves to talk... or listen, rather. He is not the best at actually holding a conversation, but he is an acute listener and likes to hear other dragons speak. His favorite thing in the world is dragons who tell good puns!
