Snowsquall

Cold and intelligent by nature, Snowsquall makes an excellent bounty hunter. He's a member of a mysterious organization called the Underground, although he doesn't work under any specific Control, and his services are fairly well-known in the southern Sunbeam Ruins. He captures his targets quickly and efficiently, bringing them in exactly the way his clients want. The only bounties he won't accept are those on the heads of Lanternlight Clan members or allies, and so far he's never had to deal with clients asking for those.

His white coloration and swift, efficient hunting techniques have led to Snowsquall being known as the White Wind throughout the Underground. He's identified by his symbol, a bird skull with a snowflake design etched into the forehead, and one of the skulls on his necklace bears the snowflake mark as a discreet way for those in the know to recognize him.
