on these cold streets only a sharp quick mind can survive. in this dastardly poker game, underhand tricks and bluffs are the only way to win. and of course, a trained mind wont pay you no kind. are all things taro would probably say if you asked him to say something cool. most describe him as a friendly face behind the scoundrels of the city, despite him wanting to look tough so badly. his size don't really help much either his reckless love for gambling lands him at a poker table most nights. shady pubs are practically where the man lives and thrives. taro absolutely loves showing off and being dramatic if he's given the chance to be, but he definitely isn't above tricks and schemes. one thing he adores especially is using harmless dark spells infront of others. although he definitely isn't the smartest of the bunch, his oddly wise and joking nature make him a favourite amongst taverns despite taro dealing with magic and not science, novavial took him in as her assistant. taro doesn't know what nova's doing most of the time but he respects her greatly. taro was actually nova's first ever assistant, but rank-wise he was beaten by nova's pet. he's still a bit mad over this. he lives with her but he usually only stays there for her experiments prior to nova he never actually had a home, nor thought of having one. he can't remember his younger years and he didn't remember who his parents were either. he hated thinking about it so he concluded that they were awful and moved on. it wasn't until one day in the coliseum with mewo and halllow that he thought about it again. mewo and him were always in sync. taro had always felt bad for not focusing on halllow enough, but he told himself that mewo was the strongest in the team and, selfishly, that he was the second. but one day it all clicked. the truth unnerved him and honestly.. he'd rather not talk about being part catboy | ________.________ |
