Dragons die. That is a fact of life, and Peach wouldn't have it any other way. It's the suffering she hates. It's watching them writhe in pain, or struggle with simple tasks as their health starts to fail. She would not be one to watch them flounder and wither, not when she can do something about it - so do something, she does.
With Ameobilia's blessing, Peach has opened a business in a little grove of flowering fruit trees. She calls it her Tea Retreat - a teahouse in front, for general sales, and a hospital of sorts in the back, where dragons who have suffered major trauma can remain under her care, safe, protected, and recovering - or expiring - in peace and comfort. Words of Peach's services have gone far and wide, and she has a remarkably large turnaround rate, with many recovered patients leaving her halls hale and whole... Though she cannot save everyone. In between her full-time care of the weak and wanting, Peach has still made time for romance. Ameobilia's son, Aloadae, had a habit of bringing dragons who were touched by Shadow through her doors, and he would always take the opportunity to chat and flirt. Eventually, he won her heart, and together they have begun to send their own brood out into the world. Her eldest son remains in her care, for the primal magics that affect his eyes worry her for his ability to see... |

❃ The Tea Retreat ❃
In a grove of flowering fruit trees sits the Tea Retreat, a humble little cottage-like building with a tea shop out front. Inside and behind the building, however, Peach has excavated a calming and secluded little living space for multiple dragons, where their every need is cared for.
Though most of her patients get sent back out into Sornieth, Peach does house some permanent residents - such as Snow and Serephen, two bonded fae. Though Snow is making a slow recovery, Serephen's need for care is indeed permanent; as well as the twin skydancers Evergreen and Pea, one of whom is perfectly healthy, while the other suffers from slowly declining health due to the Void's touch upon his soul. |
