As she can't deck herself out in the elegant skins/accents of the adult dragons, Consuriwr... well... she hoards them. One of those, "those that can't wear, don't share" kind of things. Some she collects from flight events, dragon-kind celebrations, or special offers from other dragons throughout Sornieth.
