BIO

For such a small dragon, Akutagawa can be vicious, but most of the time he simply is a quiet, dark presence. His tattered fins, constantly pinned back in irritation, and scarred scales speak of past violence and fighting. However, since arriving at the Gilded Shadows, he has not so much as lifted a claw against another dragon. Well, besides Atsushi.

The two have an odd relationship, a grudging sort of peace. They certainly aren't friends, and in fact, frequently seem to have disagreements over even simple matters, but Atsushi is one of few dragons that Akutagawa interacts with on a frequent basis.

Akutagawa avoids and trails after Dazai in equal measures. He seems to both hate and revere the mysterious Skydancer. On good days, it seems like Akutagawa might sing his praises. On others, he rants and hisses to anyone who will listen. Never strong enough, ever good enough, always short in some way. Atsushi is the only one who has the patience to listen Akutagawa when he gets into his moods, and lets the Fae perch in his antlers to rant and yell until he wears himself out.
