On the surface Pandorica is foreign and mysterious, but few know who this beautiful dragon really is. She speaks with a strange, lilting accent and can speak many languages, which only adds to her mystique. Though she only speaks when she has something important to say. She is rarely seen but always maintains a presence in Ralakay, and has the uncanny habit of being in the right place at the right time, though she can never be found if one is looking for her. Unless, of course, the situation is dire. In fact she never seems to appear unless she is needed.

Pandorica rarely offers advice unless no other option presents itself, which usually leads to the Doctor, who is usually found at her side along with Idris (or at least this one is), taking over and getting the glory of the situation. She doesn't mind, however. He is one of her only friends and is the closest thing she has to family.

Occasionally she tags along on one of their escapades as they explore the unknown regions of Sornieth, if only to keep the Doctor out of trouble (he is famous for getting himself into mortal danger and escaping by the skin of his teeth). Once again Pandorica is sidelined by Idris, who always seems to get there first. Again, she doesn't mind. They can be careless but they mean well, and privately Pandorica knows how lost the Doctor would be without her.

She is a priestess of the Timeholder, the minor Arcane deity and leader of the lesser Time Flight. If Pandorica is in Ralakay, she can generally be found in the small shrine she has set up to honor her goddess. The shrine, which doubles as her lair, is the smallest building in Ralakay Glen and is largely dominated by a ornate statue of the Timeholder herself. The rest of the room consists of complicated, esoteric scientific implements and creations that not even the clan engineer, Elcid, understands (but she and the Doctor will spend hours tinkering with these contraptions). Pandorica has always more closely identified with Lightning than her birth element; though she will deny any connection with the Stormcatcher. She doesn't so much despise magic as disbelieve in it, stating that magic is simply science beyond comprehension.

Because of her close connection with the Timeholder and her inclination to show up exactly when she is necessary and not a moment before (and of course, the hourglass she always wears), it is rumored that she is able to control, or at the very least, is able to travel through time. Such rumors are beneath Pandorica, so she never acknowledges them, which only further strengthens their power.

It is unknown what her official role is in the clan aside from her looking after the Timeholder's shrine. She is there but not; it is as if she is a clanmember in spirit alone. She has no history or feud that would lead her to take shelter at Ralakay. Her history must be terribly boring because she never speaks of it. Either that, or it's so terribly sad that she can't bear the thought.

Likewise, her future is equally unpleasant. (If that is, she can actually see the future and she doesn't just have moments of complete insanity. But she seems too characteristically serious during these moments for that to be the case.) One of the few phrases she utters is a repeated rambling about the Opening of the Pandorica and the Cracks in the Fabric of Time that will destroy the universe. No one, not even the Doctor, is sure what this means; many just assume it's a reference to some poetry that inspired her name. The Doctor is always quick to comfort her on one of these bouts, her look of worry clearly reflected in his own brown gaze.
