Eleuia: The Shadow

Eleuia. Always considered the quiet one. The nice one. The one you could rely on. The confidant. The unshakable. But you know what they say when the quiet one loses their patience.

Even the devil shivers.

P E R S O N A L I T Y

Raised in an arcane clan at the border between Starfall Isles and the Southern Icefield, Eleuia is rather stoic, reserved, and calm. Having been taught to master their emotions, El rarely gives in to anger or raise their voice. To those they interact with, they're shown to be polite, kind, and sympathetic to most inhabitants of Sorneith, and always shows appreciation to those who help them. They are humble, almost never showing signs of arrogance nor taking credits for deeds that aren't theirs, though does demand a certain amount of respect to those they show the same. Also, despite their calmness and stoicism, Eleuia has been known to give into anger several times. They can be humorous at times, often in the form of snarky comments and sarcasm.

Eleuia initially adhered to the typical view of the gods and codes taught by their clan and those they learned from the Southern Icefield, though became disillusioned by it after witnessing the aftereffects of a particularly brutal battle between Plague and Ice. Realizing exactly how corrupt the gods were in their battles for territory and power, Eleuia began to start adapting new methods and views to defend themselves. They were hesitant at first to adopt these methods, but progressively found their resolve after meeting Fearless and joining Clan Aphantasia.

What sparked their complete evolution into the Ghost was during an argument with particularly high-ranking ice exalts after much of their new clan got arrested. After realizing just how much of 'slaves' the denizens of Sorneith are to the gods and the ideals of them, Eleuia completely lost respect for the 11.

El is also shown to be very perceptive, showing acute deductive reasoning and a knack for investigation. This makes them difficult to fool at times, though it is not impossible.

Visitors to ice often do not know of the whispered legend of the Ghost. When asked who it is, they say "It is the shadow they could not ensnare,the voice they could not silence and the fierce, vengeful spirit they could not destroy.
