A knife in the hand is better than one in the heart.

A notorious killer in Asphodel, Odette made a name for herself dispatching those King Alexion deemed a problem. Every victim was marked with red threads around their hands, her calling card.

With her father back in power and her brother found, she's returned to her home of Myste. Under King Beloved's rule, it is sure to be a splatterfest. Her father gifted her the title of general and her own army. During the battle against Indraelem, she led the frontline.


Before she made a name for herself, she spent the majority of her teenage years under the guidance of the Northern Birds. There she was taught to fly without wings and to harness the wind. It was only when she wandered on to the Blackhelm did she become the calculated killer she is today. While onboard she was quite close with the captain, Essa; he was strong-willed and handsome and, the two fell in love. Their love was short-lived, however, as she soon left for Asphodel. There, she trained under Requiem and learned the art of war. Little did she know that this beloved teacher would soon become her stepmother.
