PERSONALITY
Introverted and quiet, Peep doesn't care much for other dragons. He tends to prefer the company of his plants, spending long hours weeding and pruning until everything is just right. He can, indeed, be a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to garden care.

While he occasionally misses his roost in the Shrieking Wilds, the presence of Varda more than makes up for it. Since he took up arms in the town's defense, he has particularly felt like this is where he really belongs.

HISTORY
Peep has always been a bit of a loner, opting to live carefully on his own instead of in a proper swarm like his fellows. The wilds he once called home were inhospitable to such a small, frail dragon, and he learned quickly to hit things hard when they had to be hit.

He built himself a little treehouse nest, complete with a lofted garden, and for a long time he was happy there. Every so often, he would venture from his home to sell extra produce at some traveling markets. It was at one of these that he met Varda.

The handsome dark-scaled Veil caught his attention instantly. While Peep would later be loath to call it love at first sight, the two had an instant connection. By the time the caravan's weeklong stay was over he had decided to pack up his bags, anxious though he was about leaving home, and go on a journey with him.

Varda was originally from Little Snow, having left to sell some wares and see the world. When the caravan eventually circled back into the Southern Icefield, the two hopped off and went back to the tiny town, settling near its outskirts. Here, Peep would learn to use his Nature magic to make greenery flourish, selling the results at the local market.

When the Stormview Resort popped into their periphery and a number of strange events began to rock the tiny town, Peep was among the first to stand up in its defense. He formed the town guard, though he refuses any true leadership position. Instead, he ended up forming a partnership with a skilled mage from the Resort, Adair; together, the two combat anything that threatens the town's residents.

CONNECTIONS

Varda, friendly and talkative as he is, is the object of Peep's affections. Peep loves the way Varda can effortlessly make friends and fill silences, and has long decided he would sacrifice everything for him if necessary.

Peep often finds Adair exhausting and obnoxious, but the Coatl has nonetheless proven himself a talented combat partner. The two work extremely well together, but extended interaction often ends with Peep retreating to his garden for a few days, only speaking to Varda (and even then, only rarely). Peep hasn't been explicitly told Adair is a spirit, but he's sort of started to work it out.
