Simarul

Uh-oh, looks like this naive novice wandered a little too far from his home lair (xlMidnightRoselx #220082), and now he's off to see the world! Today I set off on my travels! I've been taught how to hunt and heal, but I don't have much experience. I look forward to sharing my knowledge with the world!



Arriving at the Sunbeam Lanternhouse, Simarul eagerly offered his services to Kukulcan; however, the host of the Lanternhouse gently informed him that they had sufficient hunters and that their healer was not looking for an apprentice at this time. Undeterred, Simarul attached himself to Kukulcan as his apprentice.

This did not go over well with Helen. The no-nonsense Guardian did not appreciate having her established partnership disrupted by a novice lacking in social graces, especially when that disruption impacted all residents under her care. She very firmly encouraged him to move on.



Move on he did. Simarul wandered into the portal town of Riftwist located a ways off from the Magma Sanctum in the Ashfall Waste. He was curious about the town's Adventurers' Guild and happened to to run into no other than the guildmaster himself while there. The two had a long chat about hunting technique, the use of healing magics, and the current tensions causing all sorts of strife within Fire's territory. None of the current missions in the Guild seemed do-able for a solo dragon of Simarul's skill, so he left a bit disheartened.

Before he got too far, however, a rather brazen Fae demanded his attention and waved him toward a ramshackle cafe at the end of a very sketchy alley. Despite his better judgement, he let the small dragon guide him inside and make him a drink. The coffee was... perfect, surprisingly so. He felt his spirits rise and his final sip left him with the energy he needed for his next adventure.
