Born in the Shadow Flight from two lightning-infused parents, Miloa now deals in scraps and parts she salvages from her travels, pillaging abandoned dragon-built structures, broken machines, and beastclan lairs. She sells her technological finds to hurried tinkerers throughout the merciless steppes of the Shifting Expanse, where parts are always needed. While she doesn't dabble in engineering herself, her trained eye and keen sense of bargain have allowed her to develop a lucrative, "Stormcatcher-approved" business.

Her successful carreer has sparked quite a few foul rumours: some call her a brutish thief and a crook, others swear she would sell her mother if she could. Her Clan mates rarely pay attention to these unproven claims, although some of them ring a little truer than most.
