Elodea doesn't look like she should be in the middle of a battle or on quests to discover hidden mysteries. Her form is frail, and brightly colored, like some hothouse plant. But though she may tire faster than her party members on a hike, she's not helpless.

From the moment the bard opens her mouth, no one is immune to some reaction. Whether she's entertaining, fighting, beguiling, or just passing the time, Elodea's music is a marvel to hear. The large GameMaster looked at his player's sheet thoughtfully. "Can you tell me why you created this particular character?" His eyes were filled with intent attention as well as affection as he looked at the little dragon.

Cantando ducked his head as he answered. "Bards can do lots of amazing things, even if they're not very strong. I want to show people you don't have to be physically strong to be powerful." Smiling shyly, the little patchwork creature looked at the pile of musical instruments for play in the corner. "Besides, there's never a bad time for music!"

"Ahhh, I see! Well those are excellent reasons for your choice. You did a really good job. Are you ready to start adventuring?" When an enthusiastic response was received, Caerus laughed and turned to include the rest of the group. "All right, everyone! It's time to roll for initiative!"
