These bug-like dragons only come out near the first light of each day, where their colors are likely to blend with the morning skies. True to form, these Veilspuns are elusive and adept in perception-altering magic, which they use to conceal their cavern entrances. However, this variant has been found to be much more aggressive and voracious than other Veilspuns. Generally more solitary- with only a few to each 'swarm'- they make up in their lack of body heat by constantly hunting and feeding on whatever they can find during these morning outings before returning back to their nest or hive. They often decorate themselves in jewels that they find while building their often temporary nests and can be like their own walking hoards.
