» About
Sister to Cenobia as well as Lenore of the Wystlanthia clan, and aunt to Ephion, Phaedra inherited some of the power of growth from her mother Lycoris, but has no idea how it manifests in her life. Like Ephion, she has a hard time controlling its power and it seems to do random things at random times. However, she is grateful that her power doesn't seem to be as overwhelming as Ephion's is; though she has noticed that during particularly powerful surges of Ephion's powers, her own powers grow unpredictable as well. Out of fear she chooses not to explore those powers and instead tries to repress them... but her love for Ephion makes her want to try.

Phaedra has dedicated herself to the life of a maiden, wishing never to take a partner nor bear children. This is to protect her would-be children from ever having to deal with the corrupted powers of her mother Lycoris. She has seen what it has done to those with even weaker blood ties to her mother, namely Ephion, and she doesn't ever want to roll those dice on her own offspring. Phaedra is convinced that the plague blood interfering with the life magic that her mother contains are fighting each other for dominance, life vs death, much in the same way the Plaguebringer and the Gladekeeper fought. Her connection to Lycoris is limited. She... loves her mother, but Phaedra feels like Lycoris didn't do enough to help her children control their powers, especially given that she was sent off to the Oasis as a hatchling and was never granted a life of control.

» Notes
» She lives with the Shadowborne, but watches everybody from afar. She has no real connections aside from those in her family.
» Phaedra is an emotional dragon and quietly desires a friend outside of her blood; but she has no idea where to begin with it, and she doesn't want to hurt anyone with her powers.
» Her time spent out of her cove is in the Ashfall Halls, researching anything she can that might help her and Ephion.
