I've come to realize that everything has a perfect balance. Just as the elements balance each other perfectly, so does all else within the natural world. I was asked what the counterpart of the arcane is. I felt the answer was simple. The counterpart of the arcane is the mundane. That is to say, dragonkind balances Arcane. We are the mundane. While the arcane is infinite and indefinite, we are not. We are the perfect balance and the perfect counterpart.

I've been busy with cooking and baking for the village. We eat all meals together, so I spend all my time in the kitchen. I don't mind horribly though. It gives me a chance to practice my art. Despite dragonkind representing the mundane counterpart to arcanism, there is magic in everything. There is magic in the plants we grow, the animals we see, the food we cook. I work hard to put a bit of my magic into everything I make. I can make my friends stronger, faster, smarter. I can even make them warm in cold weather. I can cure ailments. It all comes from my innate magic.
