Cold...So cold... the young dragoness shivered in her hiding place under the oak tree's roots. Stop complaining the voice hissed. Sakushi covered her ears, her muscles tense. The voice made a raspy sound. It took her a moment to realize it was laughing. You can't escape from me. Her eyes were wet now. "Please... Leave me alone..." She spoke quietly. It paused for a second. I can't. The dragoness was angry now. "Go find some other dragon to torture!" I can't leave because I am you. The dragoness let out a sob. Why did you think no other dragon could hear me? It laughed again. "Sakushi?" a soft voice called, bringing her back into reality. She could see the light of a lantern moving closer now. Blue talons stopped at the side of the oak, and a familiar face bent down to look at her. "Kaigun" Sakushi let out the breath she'd been holding. The blue dragon grinned when he saw her. "There you are! Nobody knew where you went and I was getting worried!" He set down his lantern to help her climb out of the hole under the tree. "What were you-" He was cut off by Sakushi throwing her wings around him. Kaigun was the only dragon who didn't mind her strange behaviour. He made her feel like she wasn't alone. He made the voices go away. When she released him from the hug, she noticed a strange expression on his face before he quickly changed it. "We'd better uh... We'd better go back to the village." Sakushi smirked as he turned to walk back towards the warm light of Aurea Torrenti, looking very shaken.  Sakushi's Mate |
Description
Sakushi is a small Pearlcatcher female with ADD and Dyslexia. She somehow manages to confuse every dragon who talks to her, but she can't help it. She's extremely clumsy and seems oblivious to the world around her. Sakushi appears to have a second conscience in her head, causing her to break down at unexpected times. Okashi says this developed because of Sakushi's constant loneliness. She arrived in our clan with 5 other hatchlings; Hoshi, Anba, Otto, Ejiputo, and Kasios.
