Biography
((Clan Role: Hunter/ Gatherer/ Scavenger))
Upon first being looked down upon by Sidd, Angelo simply looked right back up without any hint of positive or negative reception. Sidd hadn't quite taken a liking to him yet, if at all. Angelo was a very quiet hatchling. Angelo was also a very beautiful hatchling. So much so, both Sidd and Bloodmoon thought at first he might be female.
Angelo, looking much more favorable in the eyes of the clan, seemed to take much praise away from his father. Though Erekk and Lester welcome him as a brother, Angelo can't help but feel a bit alienated from them, being vampiric in nature, and not very contributive to the clan. He kept close to Bloodmoon, his mother, and although he wasn't well liked by Sidd, he never sought his approval or favor. Angelo grew to be a handsome dragon and modestly confident too.
Upon seeing his son all grown, Sidd could not stand his image. He felt challenged and bitter. And challenge Angelo he did.
Though Angelo knew the brutal ruffian his father could be, and declined the challenge. He didn't want to become the hated son, but Sidd wasn't giving him much of a choice. Angelo endured a beating from Sidd and eventually fought back. Unfortunately in the fight, Angelo's back legs were injured critically and were beyond salvaging. Though Sidd felt a bit guilty about it, he was more surprised at Angelo's calm and collected anger toward him. He came to feel pride in Angelo who had proven to be a son that stood up to him, fought back, and remained strong despite his pain and his permanent injury. From then on Sidd has no quarrel with Angelo, but Angelo remains slightly sore at his father. They will stay in the same room as one another, but hardly speak to one another. In their minds, there's no need for words. Inaction speaks volumes, and Angelo does not do anything without first thinking of it.
Fortunately, Angelo had received some replacement legs from Plum, that he had to get used to. It took a long time for him to walk all over again, but he managed to use his legs as if they were naturally attached to him. Though now it's easy to tell when he is coming or going, with the "clank clank, clank clank" sounding with every step he takes upon the rock.
Despite his disability, and his quiet, brooding, tranquil, apathetic demeanor, he is not unlike Sidd with a bit of an attitude all his own, along with a tough side to him akin to cold marbled stone. Yes, he is a vampire. Yes, he can be a bit of a punk on his own, and prefers to be alone most of the time. But unlike Sidd, Angelo can be quite caring and gallant.
