- reliquary's bf
- practices some really nasty variety of plague magic that essentially allows him to reshape the blood and muscles and bones of his quarry. he considers it an art and makes an effort to be very aesthetic and showy
- that said he's very elegant and well-groomed at all times. gives of classic vampire vibes but he doesn't actually have any sort of vampirism
- also has some affinity for insects, esp centipedes
- very decadent and hedonistic
- began his relationship w Reliquary during Sunder's reign; a risky endeavor that easily could've destroyed them both. supported her throughout that period and helped her plot against Sunder
- helped her flee the City during the uprising following Sunder's downfall and in the new court openly serves as her courtier and right hand
- Iskander absolutely despises him
- although they've never met, has some wary respect for Kasimir, who he sees as a kindred spirit and his equal and opposite
